How can I make the Yourzzz pillow fit my needs?
Simply use the calculator on our website to make it Yourzzz. Insert your height, bodyweight, sleeping position and mattress firmness and let us do the math. This way you’ll find the most suited pillow firmness and height for your body every time.
Can I order extra foam to increase the height and firmness of my Yourzzz pillow?
Are you used to stacking multiple pillows on top of each other? We understand that some may prefer to sleep on a pillow that’s higher than average. While we do not recommend it for your spinal alignment, you can order additional Yourzzz filling to increase the height of your pillow as much as you’d like. And not to worry: our pillow cover is very stretchy so it does fit more than you might expect.
Is the Yourzzz pillow compatible with standard pillowcases?
Yourzzz fits all standard-sized pillowcases. The measurements of the pillow are 70x50cm. This is to say, not to worry. Our pillow is likely to fiit all the comfortable bedding that you already own.
What is the Yourzzz pillow made of?
Yourzzz is made up of several components. The outer most layer is made of a mixture of bamboo and polyester. Bamboo is especially known for its breathability and naturally cooling effect. The inner cover is a mixture of polyester and a memory foam sheet that offers more firmness to one side of your pillow. Our filling consists of premium memory foam flakes and polyester fibres. This mixture gives your pillow the airy and soft support that Yourzzz is known for.
How can I care for my Yourzzz pillow?
You can machine wash the outer cover of your pillow at 40 degrees Celcius. The inner cover and filling of your pillow should and cannot be washed, as this will cause damage to the memory foam. To get the most out of your pillow please follow these guidelines carefully. See all labels attached to your pillow for exact washing instructions.
How long can I use my yourzzz pillow for?
For hygiene reasons we recommend you use your Yourzzz pillow for 5 years at most. Some Yourzzz users prefer to replace their pillow every 3 years; this all comes down to your personal preference.
How do my weight and height affect the recommended firmness of my pillow?
That is a secret we’ll never tell. Our unique algorithm was developed by Physical therapist Thijs van der Hilst. It determines the ideal height of your pillow for your posture.
What happens to the data I share with you?
To learn everything there is to know about how we process your data you can view our privacy policy. You can subscribe to our newsletter to be kept in the loop about all things sleep-related. If you don’t subscribe to it, we simply won’t be in your mailbox every few weeks.
I don’t have a kitchen scale. How do I know how much filling to take out of my pillow to make it suit me?
You can use any glass that can contain up to 200ml of fluids to measure the amount of filling instead. Here 1glass = 50g of Yourzzz pillow filling. *Please note that there may be slight deviations compared to using a scale as this is a less accurate way of measuring the pillow contents.
What does your 100 trial night service entail?
Our 100 night trial service is exactly what it sounds like. It gives you the chance to sleep on your Yourzzz pillow for 100 nights, before deciding whether or not you’d like to continue having the probably most comfortable sleep (ever) and keep your pillow or want to return it instead. If you can’t seem to get the hang of sleeping on it, send us an e-mail via info@yourzzzpillow.com and we’ll get back to you in 1-2 working days.
Can I cancel my order?
There is a very limited frame during which you can make changes to your order or cancel it entirely before we finish processing it and start packing it up. You can always try to reach out to us to make any changes, but we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to accommodate your request. However, if you’ve changed your mind, you can always use your right to return the Yourzzz pillow instead.
How do I return my order?
Simply fill in our return form here and enclose it with your order. Please note that we do not cover any return costs. Once we’ve received your return it takes 5-7 days business days to process.
